Indian Wedding at Kew Gardens & NHM

What a remarkable weekend!! Two of the most iconic venues in the UK were host to Bhakti & Harshal’s wedding celebrations. Their Indian marriage ceremony took place at the prestigious Kew Gardens, within the glorious Nash Conservatory. Afterwards the drinks reception was held in the Princess of Wales Conservatory and the evening reception within the Orangery. Even on a cold Winter’s day, Kew Gardens never fails to impress and looked spectacular as ever. The following day, after getting ready at The Landmark Hotel, the married couple, their friends and family celebrated the evening at the iconic Natural History Museum, London. Hintze Hall, with it’s magnificent architecture and unique collections became the perfect backdrop to celebrate the marriage of Bhakti & Harshal Dave. Working alongside the talented Mark Bothwell Photography, we were treated to a visual feast of traditions and performances that were an absolute pleasure to capture.

Indian Engagement Party

Having filmed several events for the Singh family, it was a great honour to be invited back to film Avreet & Karan’s 3 day engagement party. The engagement party took place at the family home and was a whirlwind of celebrations attended by guests from all over the world. One of the highlights of the event was a performance by the global dancing sensation Karan Pangali of KSpark entertainments, who’s performance enthralled the guests.

Hindu Wedding Ceremony

Ketan & Reena were married at The Ramada Park Hall Hotel, West Midlands. Zeus Films were commissioned to film and cover all the events taking place. Starting off with all the preparations and then onto the energetic procession of the groom lead by the dhol player to be welcomed by Reena’s parents. The Hindu Marriage Ceremony was meticulously performed as always by the Hindu priest Rajendra. The Vidai Ceremony was especially poignant as Reena would be leaving to start a new life in the USA but the solemn atmosphere would only last a short while as the room, which was transformed by the unique touch of Mistique Events, would erupt with energy as Ketan & Reena accompanied by all their guests celebrated the night away.  Working with Hina of Hina Photography is always a pleasure. Her eye for great composition comes naturally and along with her sidekick Louis are able to capture the day with a unique and creative style.
