Wedding at Kew Royal Botanic Gardens

Has & Jim’s wedding took place during a gorgeous Summer’s day at the majestic Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Their civil ceremony was conducted in the iconic Nash Conservatory. Following the marriage ceremony, the couple were treated to an escorted buggy ride through the lavish and world-renowned gardens at Kew. Accompanying them, along with their wedding photographer Mark Bothwell, we were offered a great opportunity to capture those magical moments before the bride and groom joined their guests for their wedding reception in The Orangery.

Civil Ceremony at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew

Even on a very wet May weekend, Kew Gardens looked as stunning as you would expect. The persistent rain did not dampen the celebrations that were to ensue and Rachita & Gareth had the most amazing day. Their Civil Ceremony was held in The Nash Conservatory which was originally built in the grounds of Buckingham Palace and moved to Kew in 1836. The interiors looked gorgeous, styled beautifully with flowers by Mary Jane Vaughan. After the marriage ceremony the wedding reception took place in the spectacular Orangery. It’s always a pleasure working with truly great photographers and Mark Bothwell never fails to impress. With his unique and understated approach to weddings, he manages to capture stunning images which truly capture the real essence of a wedding.

Indian Wedding at Kew Gardens & NHM

What a remarkable weekend!! Two of the most iconic venues in the UK were host to Bhakti & Harshal’s wedding celebrations. Their Indian marriage ceremony took place at the prestigious Kew Gardens, within the glorious Nash Conservatory. Afterwards the drinks reception was held in the Princess of Wales Conservatory and the evening reception within the Orangery. Even on a cold Winter’s day, Kew Gardens never fails to impress and looked spectacular as ever. The following day, after getting ready at The Landmark Hotel, the married couple, their friends and family celebrated the evening at the iconic Natural History Museum, London. Hintze Hall, with it’s magnificent architecture and unique collections became the perfect backdrop to celebrate the marriage of Bhakti & Harshal Dave. Working alongside the talented Mark Bothwell Photography, we were treated to a visual feast of traditions and performances that were an absolute pleasure to capture.
